I design and make contemporary furniture and lighting that is both sculptural and functional, often with an element of humour.

When designing I enjoy taking everyday objects and playing with scale or using appropriately shaped objects suited to their chosen use.

A variety of materials are used, including stainless steel, copper, leather and wood or whatever is appropriate for each particular piece.

I work to commission and have undertaken large scale garden sculpture projects as well as producing small batch production runs and one-offs.

I exhibit work all around the country in shops and galleries as well as with other artists in mixed exhibitions.

I also show with the society of designer craftsmen every year at the Mall Galleries in London, of which I am a member.
